Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (with overlap in UK business hours)

About the Company:

We are a fast-growing UK-based healthcare company on a mission to transform how Occupational Medicine services are delivered to NHS hospitals and healthcare institutions across the country. With a reputation for clinical excellence and a commitment to wellbeing, we’re now looking for a dynamic, results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join our remote team and help us scale impact and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify NHS hospitals, Health Boards and Trusts in the United Kingdom that may benefit from Occupational Medicine consultancy services.
  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or other channels to key decision-makers (HR Directors, OH Managers).
  • Build and maintain a CRM of potential leads and track interactions.
  • Set up virtual meetings between prospects and our medical director.
  • Create, prepare and send introductory materials, case studies, and brochures to prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outreach efforts to specific NHS Trusts.
  • Monitor NHS tender portals and other procurement sources for relevant opportunities.
  • Attend regular virtual check-ins with the management team.
  • Liaise with the client and support in their needs before, during and after the onboarding process.
  • To create and monitor social medial ads on a daily basis.
  • To create, monitor and update regularly content for the company website and online presence.
  • To design strategic campaigns aimed at attracting clients from the NHS and other business sectors. 

Person Specification and Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated “go-getter”, strategic thinker with sharp research instincts, persuasive communication skills, and a laser focus on results. You should be confident enough to take initiative, hungry to learn the UK NHS, local authority and business landscape, and capable of operating independently without needing direction.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development – ideally in healthcare.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, especially for identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, email platforms, social media and LinkedIn.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and professionalism.
  • Reliable internet connection / electricity supply and a quiet home office setup.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with the structure of the NHS in England, particularly with Occupational Health or related services.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Medicine services and relevant regulations in the UK.
  • Experience using NHS procurement/tendering systems like Contracts Finder, Supply2Gov, or Atamis.
  • Medical background and/or knowledge about medicine, nursing, public health, or health administration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience working for international clients.
  • Demonstrable sales and healthcare – related work experience.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of managing remote work independently.
  • Comfortable communicating with UK professionals and adapting to British business culture.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing priorities without handholding.

Job Offer:

Base Salary: 1200 to 1500 USD depending on experience.

Bonuses:

NHS Hospitals:

  • New NHS Client 3+ months contract:  1000 USD (50% on signing contract and 50% after 3 months)
  • New NHS Client less than 3 months contract: the same as existing clients
  • One to three extra ad hoc days existing client in any four weeks’ period: 50 USD
  • Four or more extra ad-hoc days existing client within four weeks’ period: 100 USD
  • One extra day per week existing client for more than five weeks:  200 USD

 

 

Private companies

  • New client (Man Ref consultation): 5 USD
  • New client other consultation:  5 USD
  • Repetitive consultations (man ref) same client: 5 USD per consultation, capped at 200 USD per month per client
  • Repetitive other consultations known client: 1 USD per consultation, no cap.

 

Continuity / Exit:

  • Only new revenue generated during the given review period counts toward the revenue milestone. Recurring revenue from previous periods (e.g., ongoing NHS or private contracts) will not count unless there is an upsell or expansion.
  • Month one in post: accrues towards compensation. Does not accrue towards continuity.
  • Month two and three in post: minimum generated revenue of £5000*.  
  • From month four onwards: minimum new generated revenue £7500 per trimester*.
  • If new generated revenue in any three months period is £13500 up to £24999: Extra £300
  • If new generated revenue in any given three months period is £25000 or more: Extra bonus £ 1000.
  • If the milestones marked with * are not achieved at any given time, we reserve the right to terminate the contract.
